  • Wisdom and Aging

Hosted By Patricia Savitri Burbank, co-founder, One World Children's Fund

Join us to explore “Conscious Aging” and embrace the challenge and opportunity to live into our aging years wisely and whole-heartedly. In this intensive we will inquire into how to use this time to deepen our own sense of self and connection to those around us. We will ask the question, “What does it mean to become an Elder?” We will explore new ideas, including innovative and creative technologies, around how we live and die, create new models, and care for ourselves, each other, and the world. CEU's are available for nurses, MFTs, MSW's and CNA's.

  • Wisdom and Business Life

Hosted by Karen May, Vice President of People, Google; and Soren Gordhamer, founder, Wisdom 2.0

This day is for people who realize that the nature of business is changing radically; and that many of the old ways of working and communicating no longer serve us or the companies with which we work. We will explore this new chapter of business life emerging in our world today, and investigate how the connection between mindfulness and innovation can be a win-win for both staff and companies. We will focus both on personal practice, and also how to support greater wisdom and connection in groups and teams.

  • Wisdom and Children, Family, & Parenting

Hosted by Michelle Gale, Founder, My Messy Spirituality, and Megan Cowan, Mindful Schools

Join us for an exploration around the topic of how we as parents, teachers and mentors of youth can come together to raise a conscious generation. With a culture moving faster than ever, it is easy for us to get so busy that we make very little true contact with ourselves or the kids in our lives.Yet deep down, we know this is the greatest gift we can give them. Whether you are a parent of a teen or newborn, a teacher, or simply someone interested in youth, you will be invited into a day of presentations, experiential application and reflection.

  • Wisdom and Women

Co-hosted by Tami Simon, Sounds True, and the Wisdom 2.0 Women Team

The theme of this day is “Authenticity.” Given the busy lives we have and the disconnected cultures predominant in organizations today, how can we live grounded in our wisdom as women? Together, we will explore and experience the topics of Authenticity in Being, Expression, Action, Connection and Leadership. Workshop-style presentations will include talks, panels, meditations, movement practice and connection exercises. Join us for a journey of self-connection and inspiration, with a focus on community support.

  • Wisdom and Technology

Hosted by Richard Tate and Nicole Guthrie of HopeLab

This day is for those interested in wisdom-based technologies that focus on deeper mindfulness, wisdom and compassion. We will explore the edge of innovation as we view at some of the latest technology available, from apps to wearable devices, as well as explore what's next on the horizon. We will also look at the challenges ahead, new research, and how we can sustain these efforts. Through the day there will be opportunities to hear from some of the leading minds in the space as well as connect directly with others who are passionate about wisdom technology.
