  • Compassion Research Day at Facebook - Facebook HQ

    Compassion Research Day at Facebook is a full day of sharing and conversation about what Facebook and the experts they work with on a daily basis have learned in the last year about what happens when you apply the science of how people relate to each other to social technology. Partnering with experts in human interaction, developmental psychology, emotion science, and evolutionary theory has helped people using Facebook have more meaningful and authentic dialogue and resolve disputes that might arise, and they're excited to share what they've learned.

    Wisdom 2.0 addresses the great challenge of our age: to not only live connected to one another through technology, but to do so in ways that are beneficial to our own well-being, effective in our work, and useful to the world. Public Transportation to Mountain View:

Caltrain and BART
If you are traveling from the Marriott Marquis, take BART from Powell St. to Millbrae Caltrain Station. The Computer History Museum and Googleplex are approximately 2 miles from the Mountain View Caltrain/VTA Light Rail Station located at Castro and Evelyn Streets in downtown Mountain View. 

Weekday service from the Mountain View Station to Pear Avenue and Shoreline Blvd. is available via the Caltrain Shoreline Shuttle. Taxis and bus services are available for weekend travel. For more information on routes including fares and schedules, please visit Caltrain and VTA web sites.
