At the 2013 Wisdom 2.0 conference, Paul—who was at that time Wisdom 2.0’s director of social media—was asked to lead a breakout session focused on wisdom issues for entrepreneurs. More than 100 people attended, and the energy was so compelling that Paul was drawn to be of further service.
Already established as one of the first business and marketing coaches to focus on the needs of the conscious entrepreneur, he joined with Alison Raby to create Wisdompreneurs, dedicated to bringing entrepreneurial skills to transformational leaders and easy-to-implement mindfulness and emotional intelligence practices to the entrepreneurial world. He serves as the Founder, CEO and CWO (Chief Weirdness Officer) of Wisdompreneurs.
Wisdompreneurs now serves a dynamic, widely diverse online community of more than 4,000 members, and it hosts a wide range of events; provides training, networking, and real-time educational resources; and includes a publishing arm. Local chapters are active in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Boulder, Denver, Santa Fe, Newark, London, and Melbourne.
Paul blends his responsibilities to the fast-growing Wisdompreneurs brand with his ongoing global coaching practice that supports transformational entrepreneurs in growing their businesses to the next level.
