Michelle is the mother of two incredible young boys who also happen to be two of her greatest teachers. She has learned that no relationships are more sacred or potentially more challenging than the ones she shares with her children and husband. Some days she’s clearly aligned within herself and experiences her family as the conscious mother she wishes to be. Other days she completely blows it. On the tough days, she trusts in the need to simply start again and hopes to have gleamed just a little more insight into the inner workings of her mind and fragile ego. She believes in the need to practice awareness, sit in stillness, lighten up through play, and hopefully transform just a little more each day. Michelle is a lover of learning who has made her way through the world working in technology start-ups, as an elementary educator, and as an executive and parent coach. She’s currently engaged in building support systems and community for parents who are struggling or simply want to connect deeper to themselves. Michelle is humbled to serve as an advisor to the Wisdom 2.0 Conference, the Mindful Schools Program, and Tilt365. Each organization committed in its own way to expanding consciousness in the world. She also teaches mindfulness, adores her dogs, and lives and works in beautiful Marin County.
