PLEASE NOTE: The opportunity to cancel your ticket, or to transfer your ticket to another attendee, has passed, with no exceptions. The person who signs in at the registration table at the conference MUST HAVE a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket; again, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason you must notify us by January 23rd, 2012, for a refund. There is a $200 processing fee for tickets cancelled between now and and January 23rd, 2012. Cancellations must be in writing by email. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

You can transfer your ticket to someone else but you must do so by February 10th, 2012 by informing us via email at info@wisdom2conference.com. We cannot change ticket holders names after February 10th. Attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee.

We cannot issue partial-refunds or support partial-ticket-swaps of any kind. For example, if you have purchased a 4-day ticket, we will not refund only one or two days of the event -- you must cancel the entire ticket.
