"A thought is harmless unless we believe it. It's not our thoughts, but our attachment to our thoughts, that causes suffering. Attaching to a thought means believing that it's true, without inquiring. A belief is a thought that we’ve been attaching to, often for years."
- Byron Katie

The Wisdom 2.0 Practice Day is a rare and wonderful opportunity to spend an entire day immersed with world-renowned mindfulness teacher, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Founder of the Work, Byron Katie.

Hosted by Wisdom 2.0 Founder, Soren Gordhamer, the event will include a half day with Jon and the other half with Byron Katie.

Together we will dive deep into the way the mind works, exploring both theory and practice, harnessing ancient wisdom and modern science to better understand how we can live with greater mindfulness and freedom.

Unlike the regular Wisdom 2.0 Conference, the Wisdom Practice Day is completely focused on working with the mind in an active way. The day is limited to 1,000 participants and will take place at the Palace of Fine Arts theater.

- Byron Katie

In a world flooded with data coming at us nonstop and in multiple ways, there is one thing missing more than ever in our tech rich age: spaciousness of mind.

While the external world will continue to offer new and exciting technologies, true peace and happiness involves the exploration of our inner world.

In this one-of-a-kind event, we will dive deep into:

"No matter how big the story we tell ourselves, it’s too limited -- we are boundless”
- Jon Kabat-Zinn

Join us for this day-long event with two of the great wisdom teachers of our time to dive deeply into the nature of who we really are beyond our stories and perceptions.

The event will take place at the majestic Palace of Fine Arts from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. See ticket options below, both for this day only and for a Widom 2.0 ticket that includes this day.
